Dues: $20.00 per month & an additional $7.00 the 1st month for set up in

Wage: $18.12 per hr. (47% of journeyman basic wage) & $7.46 per hr. for insurance
Clothing: Gloves, Work Boots, Rain Gear, Rubber Boots, Bib Overalls optional

Scope of Work:
- Changing Filters
- Cleaning air plenums
- Delivering and picking up materials
- Cleaning condensers and evaporators
- Crating equipment for shipping
- Helping with heavy lifts
- Tool repair, cleaning and pick up
- Hole cutting except core drilling, drilling for inserts, and wood cutting
- Material handling and delivery to the general work area.
- Operate stationary shop bender, drill press and iron worker
- Clean parts and scrap gaskets on compressors.
- Cleaning Machine rooms
- Cleaning Offices
- Operating lift trucks
- Cleaning A/C units and fin coils
- Uncrating incoming equipment
- Concrete grouting
- Job clean up
